RETURNS POLICY

You can return any FULL PRICED item/s within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Just ship the item/s for return back to us using the below details. Any shipping fees incurred to return items back to us are the responsibility of the customer, however, Front Runner is responsible for shipping costs to send the new exchange/replacement item back to you:

Make sure you include your order number, the reason for the return, and specify the return or exchange request.


All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return. This may take up to 5 working days. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

NOTE: Please ensure there is no dust/fluff on all items send back, they will not be accepted. 

Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to Front Runner. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safe and sound.

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Bundles purchased are considered as sale items. This includes Mystery Boxes. All orders purchased with a CODE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. We cannot process refunds or partial refunds for items that are purchased at full price prior to the event of a sale, should that item later go on sale.

Due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

Make sure to include your order number, and note the size/product you would like in exchange. Just fill out the returns card included with your order, and send this back along with the item/s. It can take up to 5 days to process exchanges once received.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and will arrive back to us in their original condition. Due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be exchanged.

All orders purchased with a CODE are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact the Front Runner Team via info@frontrunnerau.com. Please include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.

If an item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or incorrect washing practices, Front Runner will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. We will require satisfactory proof before providing a remedy under the Australia Consumer Law.

Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL STOCK

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This includes Mystery Boxes

If you claim a free gift with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift must also be returned. If you return your items for store credit or an exchange instead, you are more than welcome to keep your free gift.

AFTERPAY RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

When purchasing via Afterpay, you may send your item back to our Front Runner Team within 30 days of your original purchase for exchange of size.

All exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your parcel. Please note Front Runner is not able to refund sale items, or items purchased with a discount code.

When using Afterpay, you have the options to return one or all of your items for an exchange.

Due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

It's important to keep up your Afterpay payments while your return is in transit back to us as Afterpay charge late fees for any overdue payments!

If your AfterPay contract is cancelled or amended you will be charged a $10 fee.


SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8am - 4:00pm AEST and can take up to two business days to process before being shipped.

Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our team.

In the event of a large online promotion or new collection release, our orders team can get quite backed up due to a massive influx of orders in a short amount of time.

We do not accept any liability for orders that are not delivered within the expected timeframe due to the fault of any party but Front Runner. Please ensure you leave plenty of time for processing, dispatch and delivery of your order.

 * Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post and Courier time frames and zones  these times do not include order processing time.

* Shipping times will vary dependent on your delivery location, it takes less time to delivery to Metro than to rural addresses, please make sure you factor these added times in when placing your order.

*Depending on demand, it may take up to 1-2 days for your order to be dispatched.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders outside of Australia are sent via DHL Express Post. Please note that International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your country.

TAXES & DUTIES

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
