Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7:30am - 3:30pm AEST depending on how busy we are at the warehouse, it can take 3-5 business days for orders to be shipped.

Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched.

In the event of a large online promotion, our orders team can get quite backed up due to a massive influx of orders in a short amount of time.

We do not accept any liability for orders that are not delivered within the expected timeframe due to the fault of any party but Front Runner. Please ensure you leave plenty of time for processing, dispatch and delivery of your order.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Depending on warehouse volume, allow 3–5 business days for your order to ship. During large promotions, processing can take longer due to high order volume.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard — $12.95, free on orders over $220. 2–8 business days from dispatch.
  • Express — $14.95. 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times vary by location — metro is faster than rural. Times shown are from dispatch and don't include processing. Check Australia Post Domestic Delivery for current estimates.

Shipped via Australia Post Standard or DHL Express — you choose at checkout.

  • Standard — NZD $25, free on orders over NZD $250. 5–10 business days from dispatch.
  • DHL Express — approx NZD $40, 3–5 business days from dispatch.
