1. THE PROMOTER

1.1 The Promoter is Front Runner Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 56 640 944 118) of 302/159 Mann St, Gosford, New South Wales, Australia (the “Promoter”).

1.2 This prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is a free draw. It is not a lottery within the meaning of the Gambling Act 2005, because no payment or other consideration is required to enter.

1.3 The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, email service provider, or payment provider.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

2.1 This is an ongoing monthly prize draw. Each monthly promotion period (“Promotion Period”) begins at 00:00 UK time on the first day of each calendar month and ends at 23:59 UK time on the last day of that same calendar month.

2.2 The closing date for entries into any Promotion Period is 23:59 UK time on the last day of that calendar month.

2.3 The Promoter’s systems are the official time-keeping device for the Prize Draw.

2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, amend, or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time by giving reasonable notice on https://frontrunnerau.com/ (the “Website”), where it is reasonably necessary to do so and subject to applicable law.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) who are aged eighteen (18) years or over at the time of entry.

3.2 The following persons are not eligible to enter or to win:

(a) Directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents of the Promoter and of its related bodies corporate, subsidiaries, affiliates, and any advertising or promotional agency connected with the Prize Draw;

(b) The immediate family members (spouse, civil partner, cohabiting partner, parent, child, or sibling, whether natural, adoptive, or by marriage) of, and any person living in the same household as, any person described in clause 3.2(a).

3.3 Entrants must provide valid, truthful, and complete information at the time of entry. Entries containing false, incomplete, or misleading information will be invalid.

3.4 The Promoter may require an entrant to provide proof of identity, age, and UK residency before a prize is awarded. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period will invalidate the entry.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, an eligible person must, during a Promotion Period, submit their email address through the Front Runner sign-up form displayed on the Website and thereby subscribe to Front Runner marketing emails.

4.2 There is no cost to enter beyond any standard internet access charges the entrant may incur from their own provider. No purchase of any Front Runner product is required at any stage, and making a purchase does not improve an entrant’s chance of winning.

4.3 One entry is permitted per person per Promotion Period, limited to one (1) entry per email address. Entries submitted through multiple email addresses, aliases, automated scripts, bots, or any other means of submitting more than one entry per person per Promotion Period will invalidate all of that person’s entries.

4.4 An entrant remains entered in every subsequent monthly draw for as long as they remain subscribed. A person who enters once and stays subscribed is automatically included in the eligible pool for each following Promotion Period without needing to re-enter.

4.5 An entrant who unsubscribes from Front Runner marketing emails, whose email address becomes invalid, or who is otherwise removed or suppressed from the Promoter’s mailing list, is removed from the eligible pool for all draws taking place after that point. Unsubscribing does not affect an entry in a draw that has already taken place.

4.6 Entries received after the closing date for a Promotion Period will be entered into the following Promotion Period. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

4.7 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity and eligibility of any entry and any entrant, and to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw.

5. THE PRIZE

5.1 One (1) prize is available to be won per Promotion Period, being a Front Runner online store credit to the value of one thousand pounds sterling (£1,000) (the “Prize”).

5.2 The Prize is issued as a unique store credit code redeemable only at https://frontrunnerau.com/. The Promoter’s store operates in Australian dollars. Where the Prize is issued in a currency other than pounds sterling, the amount issued will be the equivalent of £1,000 converted at the Promoter’s prevailing rate on the date the Prize is issued.

5.3 The Prize code is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date is forfeited and will not be refunded, reissued, or extended.

5.4 The Prize may be redeemed in a single transaction or across multiple transactions until the full value has been redeemed or the code has expired, whichever occurs first. If the value of an order exceeds the remaining balance, the winner must pay the difference by an accepted payment method.

5.5 The Prize does not cover shipping, duties, import VAT, or customs charges unless expressly stated. Redemption is subject to product availability and to the Website’s standard terms and conditions of sale.

5.6 The Prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. The Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, or discount code unless expressly permitted by the Promoter.

5.7 There is no cash alternative to the Prize.

5.8 If the Prize or any part of it becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

5.9 No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

6. WINNER SELECTION

6.1 One (1) winner will be selected on or about the first (1st) day of each calendar month, for the Promotion Period that ended immediately beforehand.

6.2 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries in the pool for that Promotion Period, by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result. The selection uses a cryptographically secure random number generator and is conducted under the supervision of the Promoter.

6.3 The chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries in the pool for the relevant Promotion Period. Because an entrant remains in the pool while subscribed (clause 4.4), the pool for each Promotion Period consists of all eligible entrants subscribed at the time of the draw.

6.4 A person who has previously won a Prize in this Prize Draw is not eligible to win again in any of the twelve (12) monthly draws immediately following the draw in which they won. Such a person remains subscribed and remains an entrant but is excluded from the eligible winner pool for that period.

7. NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING THE PRIZE

7.1 The winner will be notified by email to the address provided at entry within two (2) business days of the draw.

7.2 The winner must respond to the notification email within fourteen (14) days of the date the notification is sent. If the winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, is found to be ineligible, or declines the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from that entrant and to select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries by the same method. An alternate winner will be notified within two (2) business days of that selection.

7.3 The Prize will be sent to the winner by email as a unique store credit code. To redeem it, the winner enters the code at checkout on the Website.

7.4 The Promoter is not responsible for any notification email that is undelivered, filtered as spam, or otherwise not received by the winner, provided the Promoter has sent it to the address given at entry.

7.5 The Promoter’s decisions on all matters relating to the Prize Draw are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. PUBLICATION OF WINNER DETAILS

8.1 The surname and county of each winner will be made available on request. To request the winner details for a given Promotion Period, email info@frontrunnerau.com with the subject line “Winner Request” and the month concerned, within three (3) months after the end of that Promotion Period.

8.2 A winner may object to the publication or availability of their surname and county, or ask that the amount of information published be reduced. Any such request should be made to the Promoter at the address in clause 13. The Promoter will comply with a reasonable request while still meeting its obligations to be able to demonstrate that the Prize Draw has been properly administered and a winner genuinely selected.

8.3 Where a winner agrees, the Promoter may use the winner’s first name and county in promotional material relating to the Prize Draw. The Promoter will not require this as a condition of receiving the Prize, and will not publish a winner’s full email address, street address, or telephone number.

9. DATA PROTECTION

9.1 The Promoter is the data controller in respect of personal data submitted with an entry.

9.2 The personal data collected at entry is used to administer the Prize Draw, including conducting the draw, verifying eligibility, notifying the winner, and issuing the Prize. The lawful basis for this processing is the performance of the Promoter’s obligations under these terms and the Promoter’s legitimate interests in running the Prize Draw.

9.3 By entering, the entrant also consents to receive marketing emails from the Promoter. The lawful basis for that processing is consent. An entrant may withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, subject to clause 4.5.

9.4 The Promoter is established in Australia. Entering the Prize Draw involves the transfer of the entrant’s personal data outside the United Kingdom. The Promoter takes reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.

9.5 Personal data will not be sold, and will not be disclosed to third parties except to the extent necessary to administer the Prize Draw or as required by law.

9.6 Entrants have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of their personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Requests should be made to the Promoter at the details in clause 13. Entrants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

9.7 Personal data is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Promoter’s privacy policy available on the Website.

10. DISQUALIFICATION

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

(a) Provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information;

(b) Tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw;

(d) Behaves in a disruptive, threatening, or abusive manner towards the Promoter’s staff.

10.2 Where an entrant is disqualified after a Prize has been awarded, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and recover its value.

11. LIABILITY

11.1 The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failure, human error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or unauthorised access to entries, or for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or not received by the Promoter, in each case where this is outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

11.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with entry into the Prize Draw or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

11.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms affects an entrant’s statutory rights.

11.4 The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw if fraud, technical failure, or any other event beyond its reasonable control (including act of God, pandemic, war, natural disaster, or industrial action) impairs the integrity or proper conduct of the Prize Draw, subject to applicable law and to giving reasonable notice on the Website.

12. GENERAL

12.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12.2 Any provision of these terms held invalid, void, unenforceable, or illegal will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 The Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12.4 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, subject to applicable law. Any amendment will be published on the Website and takes effect for Promotion Periods beginning after publication.

12.5 The winner is responsible for any tax liability arising from receipt of the Prize and should seek independent advice if unsure.

12.6 By entering, the entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

14. APPLICABLE CODES AND LEGISLATION

14.1 This Prize Draw is run in accordance with:

(a) The UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (the CAP Code), in particular Section 8 (Promotional Marketing);

(b) The Gambling Act 2005, on the basis set out in clause 1.2;

(d) The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.
