1. THE PROMOTER

1.1 The Promoter is Front Runner Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 56 640 944 118) of 302/159 Mann St, Gosford, New South Wales, Australia (the “Promoter”).

1.2 This promotion (the “Promotion”) is a free trade promotion. No payment, purchase or other consideration is required to enter.

1.3 The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook or Instagram. By entering, each entrant releases Meta, Facebook and Instagram from all liability in connection with the Promotion. Information provided by entrants is provided to the Promoter, not to Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

2.1 The Promotion opens when it is first advertised by the Promoter in November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 30 November 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

2.2 Entries received after the close of the Promotion Period will not be included in the draw.

2.3 The Promoter’s systems are the official clock for the Promotion.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Entry is open to residents of Australia who are aged eighteen (18) years or over at the time of entry, except:

(a) directors, officers, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, and of any agency connected with the Promotion; and

(b) the spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural, adoptive or by marriage) of, and any person living in the same household as, any person referred to in clause 3.1(a).

3.2 Entrants must provide valid, truthful and complete information at the time of entry. Entries containing false, incomplete or misleading information are invalid.

3.3 The Promoter may ask the winner for proof of identity, age and Australian residency before the Prize is awarded. If satisfactory proof is not provided within a reasonable time, the entry is invalid.

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 To enter, an eligible person must, during the Promotion Period:

(a) open a Front Runner Win $2000 advertisement on Facebook or Instagram;

(b) complete the entry form shown with that advertisement by providing their first name, last name, email address and mobile number; and

(c) agree to receive marketing emails and SMS messages from the Promoter, and submit the form.

4.2 Entry is free. No purchase of any Front Runner product is required, and a purchase does not improve an entrant’s chance of winning. Standard internet or data charges from the entrant’s own provider may apply.

4.3 One (1) entry is permitted per person. Where more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first valid entry counts. Entries made using multiple email addresses or identities, automated scripts, bots or any other means of entering more than once will invalidate all of that person’s entries.

4.4 An entrant may unsubscribe from Front Runner marketing emails or SMS messages at any time. Unsubscribing after entering does not affect a valid entry in this Promotion.

4.5 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the conduct of the Promotion.

5. THE PRIZE

5.1 There is one (1) prize, being a Front Runner online gift voucher to the value of two thousand Australian dollars (AUD $2000) (the “Prize”).

5.2 The Prize is issued as a unique voucher code redeemable only at https://frontrunnerau.com/ (the “Website”).

5.3 The Prize voucher is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue. Any unused balance after the expiry date is forfeited and will not be refunded, reissued or extended.

5.4 The Prize voucher may be used in a single transaction or across multiple transactions until the full value has been redeemed or the voucher has expired, whichever happens first. If an order is worth more than the remaining balance, the winner must pay the difference using an accepted payment method.

5.5 Redemption is subject to product availability and to the Website’s standard terms and conditions of sale, including shipping and delivery terms.

5.6 The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Prize cannot be combined with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless the Promoter expressly allows it. There is no cash alternative.

5.7 If the Prize, or any part of it, becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable law or written direction from a relevant regulatory authority.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

6.1 One (1) winner will be drawn on Tuesday 1 December 2026 from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

6.2 The draw will be conducted at 302/159 Mann St, Gosford, NSW, Australia, by a computerised random selection process.

6.3 The winner will be notified by email, and may also be contacted by phone or SMS, using the details provided at entry, within two (2) business days of the draw.

6.4 If the winner does not respond to the notification within fourteen (14) days, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a redraw under the same conditions. A redraw will take place at the same location, and the redrawn winner will be notified within two (2) business days of the redraw.

6.5 The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. VOUCHER REDEMPTION

7.1 The Prize voucher will be sent to the winner by email as a unique voucher code.

7.2 To redeem the voucher, the winner enters the voucher code at checkout on the Website.

8. PRIVACY, MARKETING AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

8.1 By entering, the entrant consents to the Promoter collecting, using and disclosing their personal information to run the Promotion, including drawing and notifying the winner.

8.2 By entering, the entrant also agrees to receive marketing emails and SMS messages from the Promoter. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe, and the entrant may unsubscribe at any time.

8.3 The Promoter handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://frontrunnerau.com/pages/privacy-policy.

8.4 Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except to service providers who help the Promoter run the Promotion and its marketing, or as required by law.

8.5 Entrants may ask to access or correct their personal information by contacting the Promoter using the details in clause 15.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 All intellectual property rights in the Promotion and in any materials provided to the winner remain the property of the Promoter. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers or licenses those rights.

10. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, officers, employees, agents and contractors are not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss, and loss arising from negligence) suffered in connection with entering the Promotion or accepting or using the Prize.

10.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right or remedy an entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any similar state or territory law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

10.3 The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not received because of technical failures, including failures of any social media platform, network or website.

11. DISQUALIFICATION

11.1 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

(a) provides false, misleading or fraudulent information;

(b) tampers with the entry process or the conduct of the Promotion;

(c) acts contrary to these Terms and Conditions or in a way that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion; or

(d) acts in a disruptive, threatening or abusive way towards the Promoter’s staff.

12. UNCLAIMED PRIZE

12.1 If the Prize remains unclaimed after all reasonable attempts to contact the winner, the Promoter will conduct a redraw in line with applicable NSW law. The unclaimed Prize redraw will take place within three (3) months of the original draw, at the same location and by the same method, and the redrawn winner will be notified within two (2) business days.

13. TAX

13.1 The winner is responsible for any tax implications of winning the Prize and should seek independent financial advice.

14. GENERAL

14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

14.2 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

14.3 If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (including natural disaster, pandemic, war or technical failure), the Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion, subject to applicable law and any direction from a relevant regulatory authority.

14.4 By entering, the entrant confirms they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

16.1 This Promotion is conducted in line with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law, the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Fair Trading Act 1987 (NSW), and any other applicable state or territory law governing trade promotions.
